I started my executive coaching company after being in the health care industry for over 30 years. During that time I had the opportunity to have several leadership positions for over 25 years.
I am passionate about leadership and admire seeing professional women embrace challenges and step out of their comfort zone while excelling in their desired industry.

Like many professional women, I know that climbing the corporate ladder or advancing in leadership requires perseverance, commitment and courage. Knowing that the journey for career advancement can be challenging I recognize that having an executive coach as a confidant and thought partner can make the journey more attainable and result in significant rewards.
As I reflect on my life, I recall that my passion for leadership started at an early age when I lost my mother at the age of 14. Being the only girl and eldest of 5 children, I gravitated to managing my household which I enjoyed as it gave me a sense of fulfillment. It contributed to my personal development and prepared me to assume future leadership roles. I was fortunate as I had a Dad who was very supportive and encouraged me along the way.
With the many years in health care leadership I want to contribute to more professional women’s lives by generously sharing my experience and academic knowledge in leadership. That way, many other industries can benefit as there is so much you have to offer.
